The part everyone else skips

It will not call someone who never said yes.

Most of this product is refusals. They are not settings, and no plan removes them.

  1. Permission on file, or no callCanadian law needs express consent before an AI voice may dial. Someone imported without it sits in “Needs permission” and is never called. There is no override, for anyone, including us.
  2. It says what it isThe opening names itself as AI, names you, names your brokerage, and says the call is recorded. You choose its name. You cannot shorten the rest.
  3. Their hours, not yoursCalling hours are read in the lead’s own time zone, from their number and postal code. Where that is ambiguous we take the most restrictive answer.
  4. Statutory holidays are offFederal and provincial. Family Day is a no-call day in Ontario and a working day in Quebec, and your twin knows which lead is which.
  5. Stop means stop, permanentlyA refusal ends the call, writes a do-not-call entry and withdraws consent on the spot. Do-not-call entries are never deleted — deleting one would recreate the risk it exists to prevent.
